Below is an overview of our current shipping costs and delivery locations.

Delivery within Germany

For orders over 75 euros including VAT, shipping is free for you.

Only for orders below this value, we charge a maximum of 6.95 euros including VAT for shipping per order. You can view the exact costs in the shopping cart. 

The information includes both parcel and freight shipping and applies regardless of the ordered item. 

Please note that for deliveries to island and mountain stations, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping costs.

The shipping cost information is approximate. The specific determination is only possible after specifying the respective items and the exact delivery address. We reserve the right to adjust the shipping costs based on the order.

Delivery Worldwide

We ship worldwide. We would be happy to provide you with the shipping costs for countries not listed upon request.

Delivery Types

We exclusively dispatch insured shipments using parcel services or freight carriers.

The delivery time is specified in the item description. For shipments to EU countries, the indicated delivery time is extended by approximately 1-5 working days. Saturday is not defined as a working day for us. We are pleased to provide delivery times for countries outside the EU upon request.

In most cases, we send the goods free of charge. For bulky items, such as custom-made products, alternative delivery methods may apply. The specific delivery method or condition can be found in the item description.

• Delivery free to door: We deliver the goods up to the first lockable door of your residential or business building.
  
• Delivery to curb: We deliver the goods to the curb/roadside at ground level.
• Delivery free at truck loading edge: unloading of the goods from the truck must be done by the customer.

Partial delivery: to ensure the quickest possible shipment, it may happen for organizational and logistical reasons that the ordered items are delivered in multiple shipments. However, we always strive to bundle the goods for delivery to minimize environmental impact.
